Spirit of the Centennial State: Colorado Day Celebration
Celebrate Colorado’s 150th birthday at Denver Union Station with a full day of free, family-friendly festivities honoring the history, culture, music, and flavors that make the Centennial State unique.
On Saturday, August 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., join us for Spirit of the Centennial State, a celebration featuring live performances, cultural experiences, historic storytelling, hands-on activities, and more throughout Denver Union Station and the plaza.
Enjoy live entertainment from Rootbeer Richie, the Cleo Parker Robinson Youth Ensemble, and Central City Opera; explore LoDo’s history with walking tours presented by Historic Denver; and discover interactive experiences from National Western, Mighty Argo Mill, Colorado Rapids, and more.
Guests can also experience the flavors of Colorado with Taste of Colorado, featuring Colorado-inspired offerings from Denver Union Station’s celebrated dining destinations, or explore the Colorado Cocktail Trail with a special add-on featuring locally inspired cocktails and spirits.
