Handrolls and Highballs—A One-Night-Only Pop-Up at Run for the Roses with Uchi

Run for the Roses is partnering with the award-winning team from Uchi for Handrolls and Highballs, a one-night-only underground sushi and cocktail experience.

Led by two of Uchi’s top sushi chefs, this intimate pop-up (limited to just 40 guests) will feature a refined menu of Japanese-inspired bites paired with a curated lineup of highballs and specialty cocktails from the Run for the Roses bar team including spirits from House Of Suntory and Maker's Mark.

Each ticket includes:

A starter to open the palate

2 pieces of chef-selected nigiri

2 handrolls, made fresh by the chefs

A flight of highballs and drink pairings, designed to complement each course
