Save the date: on March 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., we're partnering with Toro Latin Kitchen and La Luna Mezcal for a collaborative chef's dinner, hosted at Kachina Cantina. We'll explore several mezcal expressions from La Luna, perfectly paired with specialty bites curated with inspiration from the executive chefs at Kachina Cantina and Toro Latin Kitchen.

THE MENU

Ceviche Mestizo x "Black Label Ensamble" - red snapper, shrimp, pico de gallo, leche de tigre, serrano, red onion, avocado purée, onion ash, cilantro, corn chips

Pork Belly De La Milpa x "Espadincillo" - creamy hominy, kabocha squash, oyster mushrooms, xoconostle sauce, roasted pepitas, micro greens

Filet De Maíz Azul x "Tequilana" - purple potato purée, grilled zucchini, pickled golden beets with almond crumb, pasilla fig reduction

Mar & Sol x "Manso Sahuayo" - coconut foam, pineapple tapioca, mint granita, passion fruit syrup, mango sorbet
